Refunds and Exchanges

Subject to the following terms:

• All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  Please Contact Us to obtain a RMA number.
• Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 14 days of the date of sale.
• Items must be returned unopened and in new condition.
• If the item is in new condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
• If the item has been used we will not process the refund and will return the item to you.

Return Shipping

We recommend you use a shipping method that is traceable and insured so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail.

Warranty Claims

If the product is defective then you must contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. We will help you with this to expedite the process.
