Refunds and Exchanges

Subject to the following terms:

• All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  Please Contact Us to obtain a RMA number.
• Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 14 days of the date of sale.
• The item(s) must be returned unopened and in new condition.
• Shipping cost for returned item(s) will be at the buyer's expense.
• If the item is in new condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
• If the item has been used we will not process the refund and will return the item to you at your expense.

We recommend you use a shipping method that is traceable and insured so that your shipment is protected.

Warranty Claims

If the product is defective then you must contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. We will help you with this to expedite the process.
