are shipped from Canada which means there will be no customs or duty
charges on top of our very low shipping rates.

We use two shipping companies, Canada Post and UPS. They both have a
number of different shipping options including express and next day
delivery options.
We ship orders on the same day that they are received. However, if you
do place your order on a weekend or national holiday it will be shipped
out on the next business day.

don't have a credit card, how can I pay for my order?
In addition to secure credit card payments, we offer INTERAC and the
option to mail your payment to us. If you opt to use a cheque or money
order to pay for your purchase please be aware that we will
not ship your order until we receive payment. If you are paying by
personal cheque we may hold your order for up to 10 business days in
order to confirm it has cleared your bank account.
We have also opted to use one of Canada's premiere payment processing
companies to handle all of our credit card and INTERAC transactions.
This offers peace of mind to our customers as they know that we take
their security and their privacy very seriously.
We have chosen manufacturers that produce high-quality, accurate and
durable products. Of course, accuracy does improve when using our
higher end and professional devices. But, the accuracy of even our
entry-level personal units are second to none in the marketplace. In
any unit, maintenance and calibration will play a role in the accuracy
of the device. Regular maintenance and annual calibration will ensure
that your device remains accurate and trouble-free.
Each model has a different maintenance cycle. Some require more
frequent calibration than others. For example, our fuel cell devices require less
maintenance than the traditional semiconductor breathalyzers.
However, we recommend that you calibrate your device annually
regardless of number of uses, to ensure accurate results.
Calibration is performed in the manufacturers' lab. You simply package
the device up and send it to the manufacturer for calibration.
Normally it takes one week to calibrate your device and then
it will
be sent back to you. Some of our products come with replaceable sensors
so you can calibrate the device yourself by replacing the sensor.
Most of the units have a one year manufacturers warranty which includes
repair or replacement of the unit if it is found to be defective.

We will accept returns as long as the product is unused and still in its original retail
packaging you may return it within 14 days of purchase. Once the unit
is received, we will inspect it and then issue a refund in the same
